I, Birendra Kumar Sahu from Jamshedpur had a very satisfied experience during my medical treatment at CMC. I visited CMC, during christmas time Dec 22. I had a history of VT and then i thought to get it checked at CMC after I consulted the doctor here at my place. On 20th Dec, I met with Dr. John Roshan Jacob and he advised me to go with ICD implantation. At first i was bit nervous but thanks to Doctor & nursing staff who made me comfortable and explained things repeatedly in detail until i convinced. I was quite happy to discuss the pro & cons of ICD with doctor and supporting nurses. Hats off to them to listen patiently and resolve all queries despite their busy schedule. I think this is the one of USP of CMC. All that talks boosted me & gave me little courage to go for procedure. Now, I am doing well by grace of god and hoping to resume my routine work soon. God bless every one and keep doing good work!!
I, Rajib Roy Chowdhury from Bangladesh; had my chance to visit CMC on 12th January 2022. I am an ICD implanted patient. I was sick for a long time from recurrent VT. I received several cardioversion shocks from my device. From August 2021 to December 20211 I suffered more that 30 VTs. Though all of them were terminated by ATP. On 14th Jan. 2022 I met with Dr. John Roshan Jacob. He made a plan to put an end to my sufferings. At first they did CAG then PTCA with two stent, ICD PG change and finally VT ablation. I was so happy for the treatment that I received. I became a die-hard fan of Dr. John and Dr. Sirish. I was amazed to see the patience of Dr. David Chase. I would also like to thank Dr. Anand who implemented the idea of melodious musical fountain in EP cath lab which really boosted my courage during the procedure. Now I am doing well by the grace of Almighty.
CMC is truly a right place for world class cardiovascular treatment with affordable cost by outstanding, accomplished doctors. I am grateful to the entire team.
God bless.

I am on a pacemaker now and during the passage of annual visits to this unit for more than 12 years, the treatment given to me and the behaviour of all attending doctors, staff , technicians was exemplary. The functioning of the entire Cardio unit --- is very methodical and the unconditional love and support extended by them is unfathomable. The entire team members are truly messenger of GOD and serving the society in a befitting manner.
My special compliments to my Doctors (Dr John Roshan / Dr David Chase) who are next to GOD for me.Their meticulous approach during the diagnosis/ investigation/ treatment had resulted in my present fitness as a result of which I could visit Kedarnath/ Badrinath at a height of about 13000 ft (last year 2019) and practising Yoga daily.
My compliments to all.
Hospitals are not always a pleasant experience for many but CMC Vellore, especially the Cardiology department made it pleasantly unforgettable for us where I had my surgery for Arrythmia in 2015. The whole journey is worth reminiscing.
I was initially not very keen with the surgery. But Dr Roshan explained my case so well in layman terms and its consequences if I dont opt for a surgery.
He arranged a colleague who could pray in my mother-tongue just before the surgery. His genuinity and dedication and presence of God’s grace calmed my anxiety.
We were well explained the process prior to the surgery and Dr Roshan genuinely kept updating my wife with the surgery procedure at regular intervals during the surgery. Throughout the process my wife was assured that I was in safe hands.
My case was slightly complicated. and I did get into complication, but the almost stretched to 10 hours surgery (due to complication), was exceptionally well handled by Dr John Roshan and his team.
We would be always grateful to Dr Roshan & his team for saving my life.
